Welcome to TripCrush. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for using our website and services. By accessing this website or booking with TripCrush, you agree to the following terms.

1. About TripCrush
TripCrush is a travel consultancy offering personalised itinerary design, trip planning, and optional booking coordination services for couples, friends, and small groups.
We are not a tour operator or travel agency and do not directly provide flights, accommodation, or travel products.

2. Services
TripCrush provides travel planning and consultation services, including:

Custom itinerary design

Hotel, flight, and activity research

Dining and experience recommendations

Optional booking coordination

All itineraries are created based on the client’s preferences, budget, and goals. The final decisions and bookings are the client’s responsibility unless the full booking service is explicitly purchased.

3. Payments
Full payment is required at the time of booking a service.

Payments are processed securely through Wix Payments.

Once planning begins, services are non-refundable, as all work is custom and time-based.

4. Cancellations and Refunds
Because each service is bespoke, refunds cannot be issued once the planning process has started.

If a trip needs to be postponed or adjusted, TripCrush will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes.

For trips involving direct bookings (flights, hotels, experiences), refunds or changes are subject to the supplier’s terms and conditions.

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate travel information, dates, and preferences

Ensuring passports, visas, and travel documents are valid

Purchasing appropriate travel insurance

Reviewing all itinerary details before confirming bookings

TripCrush is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by airlines, hotels, or other third-party suppliers.

6. Limitation of Liability
TripCrush acts as a travel planning and coordination consultant. We do not control or operate any travel services directly.
We are not liable for loss, injury, delay, or damage resulting from third-party actions, weather, political events, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, text, images, and designs belong to TripCrush and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without permission.

8. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, store, and protect your personal data.

9. Changes to Terms
TripCrush reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this website.
