At TripCrush, all of our travel planning services are fully personalised and custom-made to each client. Because of the time, research, and creativity involved in crafting every itinerary, all sales are final and non-refundable once the planning process has begun.
No Refunds
We do not offer refunds for any TripCrush services, including consultations, planning packages, or full booking options. Each service represents time and expertise dedicated exclusively to your travel experience, and therefore cannot be reversed or resold.
Changes and Adjustments
If you need to make adjustments to your trip after booking a service, we’ll always do our best to accommodate changes within reason and timeline. Additional fees may apply for substantial revisions or new requests.
Third-Party Bookings
If you choose to have TripCrush book travel components (such as flights, hotels, or experiences) on your behalf, any cancellations, refunds, or credits are subject to the terms and policies of the third-party providers. TripCrush is not responsible for refund decisions made by these suppliers.
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases, such as system errors or duplicate payments, a refund may be considered at the discretion of TripCrush. Any approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
